The Ring Warehouse is committed to complete customer satisfaction. We take pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and are confident that you will be completely satisfied. If you decide to return your purchase made online for any reason at all, The Ring Warehouse will refund your item(s) as long as the package is post marked by the 15th day from you receiving the item(s). Exchanges will be processed as long as the item(s) are post marked within 30 days from the date received. All exchanges and upgrades are final. Freight and labor charges will not be refunded. Labor charges include but are not limited to: setting of a diamond or gemstone, ring sizing or the conversion of earring posts from standard friction backs to screw backs. Please ensure that the contents of the package are in their original condition and secure within the gift box provided. For security reasons, do not indicate the contents on the exterior of the package. Do not forget to include the diamond certificate, if applicable: a $100 fee applies to any missing diamond certificate. We recommend the package be returned to us by registered mail insured for the amount of the item(s).

Please contact our customer service department to obtain the return address. Make sure the return address is clearly printed on the outside of the package. 

The Ring Warehouse will process your return upon receipt of the package. Returns or exchanges must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Upon receipt, we must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15 day return or 30 day exchange period.
